We met Terry by chance. We weren't looking for an agent, but we were looking around at houses. We met him at an open house and he was friendly, but not pushy. we both liked him instantly! He asked us a few questions about us and what we were looking for, and quickly realized that he lived in the same town as Iian. He took down our details and got back to us quickly with a few houses for us to see. Terry met with us to view these houses. He pointed out things, took his time, and answered all of our questions. He was available anytime we needed. (literally! we could text him at 10pm and he responded promptly). He Helped us navigate the waters of purchasingour first home.He made the process smooth and enjoyable!
